International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

For all international orders shipped outside of Australia, the customer acts as the importer of record. Please be advised that your purchase may be subject to local import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, or other country-specific taxes levied by your destination country.

All such duties, taxes, and related customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer (buyer) and must be paid by you upon or prior to delivery. TSR Products Pty Ltd has no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot predict or calculate their amounts.

If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected customs fees, you will be held responsible for the original shipping costs, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us, and a $50 AUD administrative and restocking fee . These expenses will be deducted from your total refund amount.
